It is reported that Dezhi New Material is an enterprise that has grown up in Zhuzhou. According to its official website, the company specializes in the research and development, production and sales of silicon carbide nano mirror coatings and ceramic matrix composites.

On October 18, 2020, the inauguration ceremony of the Dezhi New Material Expansion Project was held in Zhuzhou High-tech Zone, and the expansion project was a silicon carbide coated graphite base for semiconductors. In June 2022, news from Zhuzhou High-tech Zone showed that the main construction of the silicon carbide etching ring project for Dezhi Xincai Semiconductor has been completed and is expected to be put into production early next year.
