According to the Enterprise Check APP, in September 2021, Hunan Dezhi New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dezhi New Materials) added Huawei's affiliated company Shenzhen Hubble Technology Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) as a shareholder, while the company's registered capital increased from 14.7198 million yuan to 17.6638 million yuan, an increase of 20%.
A year later, Dezhi Xincai once again announced the completion of financing, led by Yida Capital.
It is reported that Dezhi Xincai is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production and sales of silicon carbide nano mirror coatings and ceramic matrix composites. In 2018, Dezhi New Material settled in Power Valley Independent Innovation Park. In 2020, its self-designed domestic chemical vapor deposition equipment will be debugged and put into use. The equipment can synthesize mirror nano silicon carbide coating in high temperature and high vacuum environment.
In addition, in the field of etching rings, an important consumable in the semiconductor etching process, the SiC etching ring project for Dezhi New Material Semiconductor has taken the lead in mass production and delivery in China. In terms of production capacity, Dezhi Xincai Semiconductor Silicon Carbide Etching Ring Project completed the main project construction in June this year and is expected to be put into production early next year. The total investment of the project is about 0.25 billion yuan, which is mainly used for the research and development and manufacturing of silicon carbide etching rings for semiconductors, and the annual output value exceeds 0.1 billion yuan after it is put into production.
