Hunan Dezhi New Material Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the research, development, production and sales of high-end materials such as carbon-based and ceramics. Dezhi is the first company to achieve mass production of Solid SiC etching components for semiconductors in China, and has high-end technology, equipment and a high-level R&D team. Zhuzhou Production Center
The total land area of Zhuzhou production center is 60 mu, with a construction area of nearly 80,000 square meters. It has 42 production lines (20 are under construction), independent factory buildings, office buildings, and living supporting buildings. It has CNC workshops, vapor deposition workshops, raw material warehouses, finished product warehouses, laboratories, testing centers, etc.
The project plans to utilize 35 acres of land, with the construction of a factory building and the procurement of highly automated and intelligent production and testing equipment. It will establish production lines for large-dimension epitaxial and etching components used in integrated circuits, along with the construction of top-tier semiconductor research laboratories, aiming to create a comprehensive R&D, production, and manufacturing base.
