Recently, Hunan Dezhi New Material Co., Ltd. completed a strategic financing of hundreds of millions of yuan. This round of financing by the National Venture Capital (Beijing) Zhizao Fund, Bohua Capital (Wuxi Fund), Yuanhe Heavy Yuan, Hengxin Huaye jointly led the investment, CITIC Securities Investment, China Motor Capital, Shanzheng Investment, Bank of Communications International, Guoshun Investment and other investment, potential to take the capital as financial advisers. The financing is mainly used for Dezhi New Material Zhuzhou, Wuxi two production capacity expansion and research and development investment, through strong industrial support and capital endorsement, to help domestic substitution.

SiC coated graphite parts have excellent thermal shock resistance, oxidation resistance, airflow erosion resistance, low gas permeability, acid and alkali resistance, and have good chemical and mechanical compatibility with graphite materials, and can still exist stably above 1200 ℃. Therefore, in the epitaxial process of semiconductor materials, the SiC coating can protect the graphite susceptor substrate material, improve performance, purify the epitaxial growth environment, and extend the service life of graphite components. In the semiconductor chip process, graphite and SiC components are widely used in silicon wafer manufacturing, epitaxial growth, etching, ion implantation, oxidation diffusion and other processes. SiC coated graphite products and solid SiC etching ring products are key consumables in the field of chip manufacturing, the localization of SiC products to solve the semiconductor equipment upstream parts supply chain security issues, to meet the national high-end equipment manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading needs, has great strategic significance.
