R&D System

The company has a research and development group of more than 50 people, including 3 PhDs and over 20 masters.Talent disciplines cover majors such as materials, mechanics, physics, chemistry, ultra precision machining, mechanical design, electrical automation, etc.

The main technical leaders have participated in the completion of multiple national key R&D projects and have rich experience in project development and implementation. R&D group focuses on the key technologies of equipment research and development, process formulation, and product design for SiC components used in semiconductors, achieving breakthroughs in technical processes and key performance indicators.
